ORDER / SHIPPING INFORMATION
(1.) PRODUCT SALES & DELIVERY: Please allow 8-10 days for orders by US Mail.(2.) CANCELED ORDERS: Orders can be canceled by emailing contact@sfarzoproductions.comonly prior to payment processing.(3.) BACK-ORDERS: If your order cannot be shipped within 10 days, we will notify you of the expected shipping date via e-mail.(4.) RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All returns/must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all original packaging materials, customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge.(5.) RETURNED CHECKS: A fee of $10.00 will be assessed to a returned check.(6.)
